Miscommunication

  1. I feel like you did a great job of setting the scene and describing camera movements as well as providing dialogue. It gives the story a stronger temporality, making it clear that scenes are changing and that time passes.

  2. The details you put in to the scene is really nice. I can picture the hallways and classrooms that it takes place in. I also liked the story line being. a bit discrete on the characters and conflict. It left me to imagine my own story as to what came before the conflict.

  3. I feel like this story is really relatable, everyone has felt like you or your friend Keren at some point in time. I had the same communication problems and it took getting into a serious relationship for me to realize I had a problem. It’s so easy to hide and be petty about things but it only divides the two people even more. I’ve also learned that speaking up is very important, not even just in regards to friendships/relationships – normalizing speaking your truth and how you feel even to strangers, parents, teachers, etc is so important, especially when becoming an adult in college.
